Microsoft’s Surface line celebrates its 10th anniversary in June 2022. The flagship device of the PC family, the Surface Pro 8, is currently on sale on the Microsoft Store. All Surface Pro 8 models are currently on sale. The Intel Core i5 model with 8GB of RAM and 128GB of storage is $900, which is a lower starting price for the Surface Pro 8 than we’ve seen so far. The highest-end Surface Pro 8, the Intel Evo Core i7 version with 32GB of RAM and 1TB of SSD storage, is $200 (now $2,400).

As is often the case with Surface devices, the biggest discount is on the mid-range model of the device. The Intel Evo Core i5 version with 8GB of RAM and 512GB of storage is $1,100, down $300 from its normal price.

The Surface Pro 8 improves on its predecessor in several key areas. The new Surface has thinner bezels, a 120Hz display, and Thunderbolt 4 support. It also works with the Slim Pen 2 with haptics and has an improved webcam that can automatically adjust white balance.
